Chocolate Mint Candies Cookies
Outstanding!! I took these to a gathering with rave reviews from all who tried them... you can't eat just one! (PS--I don't like chocolate normally but I couldn't stop eating these!)

Strawberry Cheesecake Quesadillas
Sweeten the cream cheese with a little sprinkle of sugar and a few drops of vanilla extract or lemon juice and instead of putting the jam in the quesadilla, heat it up and serve it on the side. Now THAT is tasty!! (And no mess) :)

Surprise Apple Salad
This is wonderful--it's a light and fluffy version of a chocolate covered caramel apple! Great summer recipe and ALWAYS a hit at parties!
