Irene's Barbeque Sauce
This is a pretty good recipe. I didn't have kethcup on hand, so instead i used a can of tomato sauce and paste. I let it cook on low for about 15-20. It was to tart, but that could be because of my substitutions. I'm not sure. I used it on pulled pork sandwiches, it was really good. Will try again.

Tiramisu Layer Cake
Very yummy! I tweaked it a little bit though. 1) I didn't have any coffee liquor, so I used espresso instead. 2) I added the instant coffee and espresso into the cake mix, and just did a two layer cake. Really yummy, definetly a keeper! :)! It makes alot of frosting though, and i recommended putting some on top of a chocolate mocha drink! super yummy! Thanks!

Marinated Baked Pork Chops
I made this recipe the other night for my family. It was great! I recommend serving these with home fries (just microwave some potatoes until they are cookes, dice them up and fry them in a little oil.) and salad like we did. Thanks for the great recipe!
