Lentil Soup
Great, healthy soup! I made a few changes based on the other reviews which is why I gave this 4 stars. I doubled the recipe so I would have a lot left over for the week. Based on that, I added an extra tsp each of basil and oregano. Even though I doubled the recipe, I still only used 2 cups of lentils because I like it brothy. I actually used 20 cups of water in all. I added 4 vegetable bouillon cubes, some crushed red pepper, and a little lemon juice. Fabulous!

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole
One of my favorite dishes to make! I haven't had many other green bean casseroles, but I don't even want to try them. I don't change a thing, except using buttered cornflakes on top. Amazing!

Pasta with Greens N Beans
This was great! I used vegetable broth instead of chicken broth, and no sausage because I'm vegetarian. The only thing was I thought it needed a bit more garlic and perhaps some crushed red pepper. Other than that, it was yum! My mom requested I make it again for her. Thanks!
