Taqueria Style Tacos - Carne Asada
This recipe was awesome! So easy to make. I subsituted chipotle peppers for the dried peppers and it gave it a smokey taste. Yum!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
This was a really great recipe. The only thing I would recommend is to line the pan with foil and spray the foil. It was a little difficult cleaning the pan after it cooked. But other than that...it was great!

Hot Bacon Dressing
This was a really good dressing, except I followed everyones advice and cut down on the sugar. I used 1/2 cup and it was plenty sweet. Otherwise I did everything else according to the recipe. Next time I think I will try and add some sauted scallions to it. I used this dressing on top of a spinach and blue cheese salad. Very yummy.
