My husband and I loved this recipe! The gravy has wonderful flavor. We had this with mashed potatoes, but next time I'll try it with rice.

Easy Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2008
This is a great tuna casserole recipe. I used a 12 oz. can of tuna, just because I like it meatier. The fried onions on top is what makes this meal!! No more Tuna Helper for our family. Thanks for a great recipe idea!

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2008
Absolutely delicious!! I used a two pound bag of pre-cooked, peeled and deveined shrimp, just to save some time. For the sauce I cut the butter down to 3/4 cup and added a 1/2 cup of white wine. Otherwise, I made no other changes. Served this with linquini pasta. OMG!! Sooooo good! Enjoy!

Baked Ziti III

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2008
This is a wonderful meal, but as other reviewers have mentioned it makes a lot!! The only thing I will change next time is to add a clove or two of fresh minced garlic to the hamburg and onion while cooking. Thanks for a great recipe!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2008
This is "to die for" good!! I substituted boneless, skinless chicken thighs for the breasts, just because I prefer dark meat. Otherwise, I followed the recipe to the letter. It was so rich and creamy! My husband had seconds, which he doesn't do very often. Excellent recipe - thanks so much for sharing!

These are really good, but be careful. You forget how much alcohol is in them because they taste so good!

Grilled Chicken Adobo

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2008
This is a wonderful recipe! I substituted chicken wings, because we were having a "wing" party with various types of wings, but followed the recipe otherwise. We had BBQ, Garlic hot and adobo wings and the adobo wings were the first to go. Try it, you'll love it!!!

If I could give this 10 stars, I would!! It was absolutely wonderful! I used left over baked ham and followed the recipe exactly. YUM!! This is a definite keeper!

Chicken Stuffed Shells

Reviewed: May 29, 2008
These shells are awesome!! The only thing negative I can say is that it took me a lot longer than 20 minutes to prepare. But once they are made - YUM!! I used a can of cream of celery, a can of cream of chicken, a can of broth and a can of Campbells prepared chicken gravy. This would be a great way to use Thanksgiving or Christmas left overs.

Artichoke Chicken

Reviewed: May 21, 2008
This chicken is wonderful!! I did use merinated artichokes, but may try it with plain artichoke hearts the next time. Only change I made was to top with bread crumbs before cooking. Thanks for a great recipe!

Grandmas Chicken Chardon

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2008
This is absolutely delicious!! I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs instead of breasts, sliced baby bellas, panko bread crumbs and coursely shredded parmesan. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because it was a little soggy on the bottom. Not sure how to resolve this problem, but the taste is excellent. I will make this again!!

Pepperoncini Beef

This recipe has become part of our regular rotation. Absolutely delicious sandwiches. We serve on steak rolls with provolone cheese and either microwave or broiler for just a few minutes until the cheese melts. You will not be disappointed!!

Different Chicken Cordon Bleu

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2008
This is an excellent dish. I pounded my chicken breasts to about 1/4 inch thick before putting in the casserole dish. Only other change I made was cut the sour cream to 1/2 cup and used 1 full cup of white wine. Will definitely make this again.

Blue Cheese Crusted Filet Mignon with Port Wine Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2008
I don't own a pan that can go from stove top to oven, so I pan fried my steaks in a little butter and olive oil to the desired wellness, then transferred them to a broiler pan, topped with the bleu cheese mixture and broiled for 10 minutes. Used a cabernet/merlot mixture for the wine sauce. This recipe is absolutely awesome and as good as any steak I've had at a restaurant. Will definitely being making this again.

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2008
First, let me say that this is absolutely awesome!! However, I think the reviews that say "if you love buffalo chicken wings and you love pizza, you will love this" are not quite right. I love wings and pizza, but this does not taste like either one. It is a tasty perfection of its own!! Try it, you'll like it!

E-A-G-L-E-S Swirl Sandwich

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2008
Excellent recipe and very versatile!! We made these like a Philly cheese steak sandwich and used cheese whiz rather than sliced cheese. Served with pizza sauce on the side. Also made with sliced ham (left over from a Honey Glazed Ham - recipe from this site), swiss cheese and honey mustard. Yummy!!
