Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
Delicious! I made this for my husband's guys' night dinner and they all loved it! The pan came back home completely empty. :)

White Chocolate-Macadamia Nut Oatmeal Cookies
Yummy! These were tasty! I made one change and used 1/2 tsp vanilla and 1/2 tsp almond extract. Very tasty. The dough is crumbly, but will stick together. I used rounded teaspoonfuls and only got 40 cookies instead of the written yield (48).

Sweet Restaurant Slaw
Definitely WAY better than the recipe on the bag of coleslaw mix. I made a few changes: used mayo instead of Miracle Whip, subbed olive oil for vegetable oil and apple cider vinegar for the white vinegar. I also increased the vinegar to 3 Tbsp and used a scant 1/2 cup of white sugar.
