Easy Shake and Bake Chicken
used olive oil to coat cast iron skillet, then heat in oven before adding chicken. Double the salt and paprika. Add 1 tsp. garlic pd. and 1 tsp. onion pd. 40 min. was a little too long.

Quick and Easy Home Fries
Works perfectly. Used 2 T. oil, 1 T. butter. Dried cubes in towel first.
