Angel Chicken Pasta

Great recipe! We loved this meal. I had no white wine, so substituted chicken broth in its place and it turned out spectacular. There were no leftovers. We will definately make this again.

Banana Oat Muffins

I made these muffins as a healthy snack for my son's preschool class. The first thing he said to me as he ran out the doors of his school was "Mom, everyone loved your muffins!" I thought they lacked a little flavor, but over all they were pretty good.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

This is my very favorite cookie recipe, and I make a lot of cookies! More than one time people have offered to pay me for these cookies. I live in a high climate and do have to add a little extra flour to get the dough just right. This truely is a delicious, rich, perfect cookie.

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

I cannot express to you how much my family LOVES this recipe. We have made it for quite some time now and have shared it with many of our friends. The chicken mixture makes great quesadillas and we have also used it in taco salads. Our favorite way, however, is just like the recipe says. Try it, you will not regret it!

Chicken Milano

Yum! The first time I made this pasta dish, I couldn't help but say with every bite "Wow! This is good." I have made it a few times since and have loved it every time. I have also shared this recipe with so many people, many of whom have called right after eating it to comment on how great it is. Thanks for a wonderful recipe!

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

I have made these several times using the recipe as stated, only substituting butter flavored shortening for the butter (+ 6 tsp. of water for every 1 c. of shortening used). Yesterday I decided that these cookies would be wonderful if they were bigger, so I used my used my cookie scoop and rolled 2 scoops together into 1 big ball. I placed it on the cookie sheet and baked at 350 for about 13-14 minutes. These cookies are amazing! They look and taste like a cookie that should be sold in a bakery. I love the texture of this cookie as well. MMMMMMM!
