Apple Squares
I followed some of the tips posted, used extra apples and added some apple juice. But my apple squares came out very dry and crumbly.

Chunky Potato Soup
This is a very good, hearty soup. I was making this one day when unexpected company showed up. I added some extra milk and put in a can of cream style corn. This was also a hit with everyone.

Angie's Dad's Best Cabbage Coleslaw
This is the best coleslaw, crunchy and very flavorful. I don't like the creamy kinds and this one is the perfect substitute.
