Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup
I was definately pleased with this recipe. I did make a few changes, but it was still great. I used 2 cans of diced tomatoes seasoned with basil, garlic and onion. I also cut back the heavy cream to more like 1/3 C. I do think this will become a frequent soup choice for our family.
