Creamy Slow Cooker Potato Cheese Soup
This ended up being more like a fun mashed potato recipe then a "creamy soup." My husband and I ended up eating the rest as a "mashed potato" side dish with other meals.

Artichoke Chicken
My husband and I loved this recipe. It's fantastic. We cut the amount of chicken in half since it's just the two of us, but used the same amount of artichokes, etc, leaving us with a little extra topping, which we enjoyed.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
