About this Cook
I'm adventurous when it comes to cooking. I love to make up recipes! About 1 in 2 come out good and 1 in 10 come out great.
My favorite things to cook
Anything with Pumpkin!
My cooking triumphs
I 'created' mexican lasanga before knowing it already existed and created the most delicious savory topped french bread in the history of the world.
My cooking tragedies
Oh, many... My omelets always end-up scrambles, ew and recently I made a ricotta topped italian brushetta type thing and didn't toast the bread before putting on the ricotta...so gross.

Dessert Crepes
Perfect flavor! This was my first time making crepes, and I heard they're really hard, but making these was no where as hard as I thought. I did put in 1-1/2 TBSP of butter in instead of TSP, but it was really good, so I'd recommend it. That probably helped with the sticking factor, too. Like butta.
