Heavenly cake. So many ways to dress it up.Drizzle plate with chocolate and caremel syrup, lay on a piece of cake, sprinkle with powdered sugar and on the side a couple of fresh strawberries dipped in white and dark chocolate.Yummy!! Ps..I use 3 tsp. almond extract and 3 tsp. vanilla or 6 of just one.( any flavor to your taste will do)

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

This is a real keeper. Wonderful sandwich. I added a slice of Monterery Jack cheese. I think it would probably be good with Swiss too.

Eggnog Quick Bread

I made this bread for Xams gifts. Turned out GREAT! As some others said it was dry, needed pudding, oil etc. Didn't find that the case, has 1/2 cup of butter already. Good just as is. If it's dry you probably baked it too long!!

Cookie Balls

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2007
This is FAB...easy easy...good. Then I tried peanut butter cookies, 4 oz. cream cheese and 1/4 cup peanut butter. With chocolate coating...again great. Dipping can be hard so, put 4 or 5 chocolate chips in a mini muffin tin lined with paper liners, melt in oven on warm, put in balls, freeze for about 1/2 hour, melt more chips, drizzle over balls to coat. Let set til firm. As of yet planning to try different coatings and the kind of cookies.Maybe strawberry and chocolate coating then drizzle with white chocolate ...yummy... the ideas are endless. Thanks.
