Don't hesitate to try this recipe. My family couldn't get enough of it - next time I'll double it. I took the meat off the heat afer only 1 1/2 hours; the meat was incredibly tender and the sauce was delicious.

This cheesecake was very creamy, light and delicious. I made the graham cracker crust in a springform pan. A standard crust recipe is too much for this cheesecake, so if you decide to make your own crust, use only about 3/4 of the crumbs and bring them up the pan sides only halfway. For the topping, I reduced the sugar to 1/4 cup -and drizzled it on top of each piece before serving. My family loved it!

This was delicious! I was curious to try this as my mom used to make meatloaf with oats all the time. I was out of steak sauce, so I subbed in Worcestershirer instead. Moist and full of flavor - I will be making this again. Thanks!
