Delicious flavor! Upscale and a little expensive - was worth every penny! Used only half the Asiago (diced it small as it is strong) & added sharp white cheddar. Used medium shells. Don't omit the olives - they add so much to the flavor blend (kids can pick them out!). Agree w/other reviewers that the amount of dressing was too much. Next time I'll use 1/2 to 3/4 of it, & save the rest for another salad. Also, I prepared this all at one time, then refridgerated for 3 hours. Giving this recipe 5 stars!

So good! Followed the recipe exactly. My oven runs hot, but still they needed about 13 minutes. Thanks for the simple and delicious recipe!

This was so much better than I thought it might be! Seemed like a lot of lime juice, but ended up being the right ratio. Instead of juicing limes, I used store-bought bottled key-lime juice. I also used 2 cans (14 oz.) of condensed milk - with a store-bought extra large graham crust, the filling amount was perfect. Baked for 13 minutes. Chilled in freezer an hour before serving. A delicious Summer recipe!
