Broccoli Casserole I
This is a really easy & yummy casserole. I actually added some chopped up leftover Christmas turkey. Made for a nice, quick dinner.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
These were a big hit at Christmas! I added a little more shredded cheese (I used sharp cheddar) & sauteed the onions in a little butter before layering in the pan. Yum! Thank you!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
To-die for pretty much sums it up! These were possibly the best blueberry muffins I've ever had, let alone made. The recipe does make quite a bit of crumb topping & I ended up throwing out a bunch of it. Next time I will make less. Other than that, they were perfect!
