I used roasted garlic instant mashed potatoes and added a little onion and garlic pepper. Outstanding texture and flavor. Served with rotisserie roast pork and cole slaw - there wasn't any left :) thanks for the posting.

Dirty Diapers

Very fun! Used american cheese for a more authentic cheesebuger flavor and served with catchup and mustard - everyone enjoyed them. Takes a few to get the shape right - don't overfill them! we kept trying to put in to much meat. A sliver of american under the meat and a sliver over the meat and under the pickle was great - also used some pickled jalapenoes on some and they we all a hit. Great recipe - thanks for sharing.

Homemade Crispy Seasoned French Fries

Very good recipe! I added additional spices as other reviews recommended and it ws great. I also added the fries a handfull at a time to the batter in a bad and it worked great. Thanks for sharing!

not enough liquid by far. I made the recipe for 20 servings to fill my bread machine at 4 cups - flavor was great but the bread was heavy and crumbely. This recipe needs your attention to get it to work.

Crab-Stuffed Filet Mignon with Whiskey Peppercorn Sauce

I know it's been said - but this sauce is to die for!! Yummm! Great dinner for entertaining in the kitchen - I had one prepare the crab stuffing - excellent on it's own! one guest prepped the steaks (I used the eye of ribeye's to save a little $$) and one made the sauce. A wonderful dinner party that took 2 1/2 hours to do - but worth every bite! Thanks for sharing!
