Twice I have catered anniversary receptions that were successful. Alot of work! Glad I don't do it full-time.
My cooking tragedies
First year of marriage - overcooking the spaghetti noodles (Mush!)
Christmas lunch w/guests other than family - homemade Macaroni and cheese.....the cheese I picked up turned out to be cheese substitute...YUCK!
