About this Cook
I love trying new things.
My favorite things to cook
I cook almost everything. I am Lebanese, so that is what I really enjoy cooking. I try not to make the same foods all the time, I like to experiment. Healthy is my new way of eating, things just taste better and I feel better.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Like I said I am lebanese, so we make everything from scratch. My mom always made everything fresh and good. I have taken a lot of those traditions and still make my own food from scratch.
My cooking triumphs
Pita bread was something my dad and I always wanted to make together since I was 10. Unfortunately we never did it. A month before he left me I made it by myself and it came out great! I immediately called him and told him.
My cooking tragedies
For some odd reason I had to stop making Chocolate chip cookies. I kept trying to perfect them when I was little, then one day at 16 I decided I would never make them again, because they always came out wrong.

Ranch Bean Dip
This was a GREAT recipe! So easy to put together. my coworkers loved it. I used all the fat free stuff to make it a little healthier. I also put chopped tomatoes on top to give it an extra zing!

Bechamel Chicken Pasta
This was soooooo GOOD! I had some prepared chicken, so that cut some time after work. I also used fat free milk instead of regular milk to cut some fat. I will definately make this again, and cut the portion size! It was a lot for my husband and I.
