Amazing Butternut Squash
A little new to cooking, I grabbed a spaghetti squash by mistake. Wonderful mistake! This is requested every holiday!

Asian Ground Beef and Pepper Saute
Great! I added an onion before I browned the beef and eyeballed the crushed pepper and ginger. I served it with brown rice and just mixed it all together. I skipped the parsley because I didn't have any. Yum!

Quick Greek Pasta Salad with Steak
This dish is great! Great taste, great texture. I've even tried it with ground beef for a cheaper alternative and I love the way it blends together. Sometimes I use green onions and sometimes I use sweet onions. I also like to sprinkle Parmesan on the top. Yum!
