With the exception of adding a chunk of chocolate, i did this recipe exactly and it was perfect!!!! My first baking job ever and it was flawless, easy and really tasty, i think i even added a little more banana cuz i had some extra! Great recipe!!!!

With the exception of a couple mod's its the perfect stew coming from a person who never made a stew b4 this year! love it. The only mod's i've done is i use corn starch, add a little honey, soya sauce & brown sugar. As for veggies I like changing it up once in awhile and love to throw in water chestnuts, cauliflower, brocoli, etc etc. Great stew

Looked like it was going to be good, then to be honest............was mediocre and over done on the bbq......going to try the oven next time.
