Turkey Pot Pie III
I love turkey pot pie and I decided to make this recipe because of the rave reviews. This recipe needs something more than just a turkey and soup taste and that is what this recipe is, "A soup and turkey pot pie" It was VERY bland. This recipe is missing spices. I will make it again; however, it needs some garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, poultry seasoning, and a little bit of seasoning salt. I am going to keep an eye on the reviews because I would be interested to see what other seasonings others suggest.

Strawberry Trifle
Excellent!! I took it to a Bar B Q, there was nothing left but the empty bowl. I, too, used cream cheese pudding and added Cool Whip to the pudding (for time sake). It made it nice, light and airy. This is a nice recipe to make when fresh strawberries and blueberries are in season. Yum!!

Egg and Sausage Souffle
I made this recipe for a church breakfast. I did not care for the croutons on the bottom. It reminded me of gravy over bread. It did not have much flavor to me. The women at the church thought it was good. When I take something for others to eat, if there's nothing left but the pan? then it was good. I took more home than the empty pan.
