Crispy Barbequed Tofu Slices
This is a fantastic recipe! The tofu has a great texture. I baked before and after frying and added garlic powder and cayenne as suggested. I also cubed my tofu into 1/2 cubes then skewered two per toothpick. This made frying them and turning them in the oven much easier!
