Bread Machine Pizza Dough

I have finally found the pizza crust I have been looking for!!! Thank you!!! I added some seasoning to the dough and cooked it for 10 minutes before topping it. This was so good and my sister was begging for the recipe, always a good sign since she doesn't get too excited about things other than salad. I used miller lite for the beer since we like that one best when I make beer bread.

Pumpkin Pie Bread

This was really good but thought it tasted more like gingerbread than pumpkin. My 4 year old niece asks for this bread weekly when she comes over. We will be making this again per her request.

Bread Machine Rolls

I love these rolls! We have made them a few times now and they are perfect every time! THey made great rolls for sandwiches and even held up to french dip but they are still super soft. Thank you for a great roll recipe!

Self-Filled Cupcakes I

Half and Halfs

I don't really like chocolate chip cookies but these are fabulous!!! I did use white chips in the chocolate cookie part and the contrast of flavors was so good. I might just make these as regular chocolate chip cookies because they stayed so soft and chewy. Thank you for a great recipe!!

Spicy Maryland Crab Dip

This was not a favorite recipe in our house. We thought it had way too much seasoning and I used less than called for. Had a odd after taste. Won't be making this again, sorry! I love crab but this was just not the recipe I was looking for.

Chocolate Hazelnut Spread

This was pretty good, it's almost as good as the real thing. I did have to add more chocolate chips to get the flavor I was looking for. The kids are really excited about getting chocolate crepes and having it on toast.

Byrdhouse Marinated Tomatoes and Mushrooms

We absolutely love this! Had it as a side one night and the next night I put it on fresh spinach with fresh mozzarella, and grilled chicken for a healthy salad. The sauce made a wonderful dressing for the salad.

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

This is my new favorite frosting!!! It's so good and not super sweet just right!! For the people who are giving negative reviews about decorating with it, it's whipped cream based so of course it won't hold up as well as a buttercream. This is a great frosting!!!!

Asparagus with Sliced Almonds and Parmesan Cheese

These were pretty good, I did add a little lemon juice for flavor. The cheese got a little hard but it still tasted great. Thanks for the recipe we will be making these again. I am going to try them with a little garlic next time.

Shrimp Scampi Bake

This was excellent!!! We didn't have any leftovers. I did add some white wine and had to use spicy brown mustard because that's what we had on hand. This will be put in the dinner rotation. I would love to try it grilled with the sauce brushed on and the rest for dipping. Thanks for the great recipe!!!

Strawberry Pie II

I made this a few days ago and it was really good but a little too sweet and I love my sweets! Part of that might have been the berries themselves were really sweet. I will make this again but cut back on the sugar. Thanks for a refreshing recipe!
