Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta

Nice light flavor! Did double the garlic but other than that stuck to the recipe. This was a favorite with everyone here and we will be making it again.

Watermelon and Strawberry Lemonade

This was so refreshing and a great way to use up fruit that is a little past it's prime but still good. It was also good with a splash of sparkling water. We will be making this again since both the kids and I liked it.

Pan Fried Swiss Chard

The Ultimate Pasta Salad

I finally found a perfect pasta salad. I dislike the ones where it calls for a bottle of Italian dressing because it's so overpowering and I am not a fan of it to begin with. This was so light and refreshing and you could actually taste all the ingredients. Great recipe that will be a staple from now on.

Three-Cheese Potatoes

These were terrific! Made these alongside grilled chicken and they were a hit with our company. The only change I made was to add some garlic. Thank you for the recipe! I make foil potatoes frequently but never thought to add cheese.

Bavarian Chops

These were really good but the sauce was a little thin so I added a little flour to make it a little thicker. I will make this again it was a simple but flavorful recipe.

German Spaetzle Dumplings

These are perfection!!! As a kid we had a Swiss exchange student and she taught my mom how to make these it was very involved since the recipe was in German and they had to translate it and weigh it all since it was in grams. I was afraid to try these because that memory is very vivid. These were so easy and delicious. Too bad we didn't use the internet back then like we do now. Thank you for helping me overcome my fear with a fabulous recipe. I used my cheese grater to push the dough through.

Fish Tacos

Delicious!!! Not only as a whole package but the beer batter will be the one I use on any future fish frying we may do. We don't eat a lot of fried things but this will be an exception!!! The sauce was so good and not to spicy, my two year old loved it more than his usual ketchup.

PBM Sandwich

I grew up eating these as a kid and still have one once in awhile as a treat with the kids. We grew up with them being called fluffer nutter sandwiches. They are really good!

Spaghetti Carbonara II

This was really good and a great quick dinner. I did use pancetta instead of the bacon and a little more garlic. This will be one of my go to recipes when I need to get dinner n the table fast. Thanks!

French Spring Soup

This is a fairly good soup but more of a base. It is lacking in flavor. I made as is to give it a fair chance and after tasting ended up adding garlic and some other seasoning blends I had on hand. If I make it again I will use chicken broth instead of the plain water I also might admit the cream since it didn't add anything to it in my opinion.

Cheryl's Spinach Cheesy Pasta Casserole

This was good for a somewhat quick dinner. I used my homemade sauce and didn't have the shell pasta so used rigatoni instead. It does need some extra spice like garlic.

Baked Tomatoes Oregano

I loved this but I did reduce temp to 350 and baked for less time and broiled to get the top crunchy. Served this on a bed of fresh spinach and drizzled balsamic vinegar on it. Very good and I can't wait for summer tomatoes to make this again.

Veggie Stir-Fry

This was an excellent recipe! I did add 1 tablespoon brown sugar and juice from half of an orange for some added flavor. I will be using this as my go to stir-fry recipe from now on! Thank you!!!

Perfect Pecan Pie

Beef and Noodle Casserole

The boys loved this and I thought it was very similar to what I remembered Hamburger Helper tasting like from my college days but better. They ate all of this and asked when we would have it again.
