This was a great jumping off point. I did feel it needed the spices amped up a bit but that depends on your taste buds. I left out the brown sugar since I was afraid it would be too sweet and it wasn't missed. I also added garlic to it and topped with black olives. The munchkin loved it and asked for seconds. Thanks for the recipe!

Mini OREO Surprise Cupcakes

These are heavenly!!! Loved the flavors and the oreo inside was awesome!!!! I topped them with oreo cookie butter cream that I made and a chocolate covered oreo on top.

Perfect Cheesecake Everytime

Thanks CCM for a great cheesecake recipe!!! I made this for my inlaws and they devoured it. My father inlaw asked my mother inlaw why her cheesecake didn't come out like this. It was a great texture and good flavor. I froze a few slices that were left over to have on another night and I wound up eating it frozen because I couldn't wait!

Jo's Rosemary Bread

This is a wonderful bread with amazing flavor! My neighbors keep hinting that they would like me to make it again. It made great sandwiches but was even better warm with dipping oil.

Baked Kale Chips

These were so yummy and a great way to use up the kale I had from the garden. I have a hard time getting my little guy to eat green things unless they are peas and he loved these.

Rhubarb-Raspberry Crunch

Wonderful combination! The flavors blended and complimented each other. We served this with homemade vanilla ice cream while it was still warm. Awesome!

Hoagie Dip

I made a few changes after reading the reviews. It' a four star the way written. I used 1 cup of sour cream in place of one cup of mayo since we aren't big on mayo. I also used shredded cheese instead of the processed since that's what I had on hand. I layered the lettuce and tomatoes on top and then drizzled 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar on top and sprinkled some oregano over that. This was fantastic and it was the first thing gone from the party I took it to. I was asked numerous times for the recipe.

Almost Stuffed Peppers

This was a nice twist on the sometime labor intensive stuffed peppers. My family really liked it and it was quick and easy. Great for a week night dinner when you need to get dinner on the table fast. We will be making this again. I do agree it needs a little something extra so I added some garlic and some Italian seasonings.

Watermelon Cooler Slushy

Wow this is so refreshing and a great way to use up my watermelon. I didn't add as much sugar as called for. The lime is a fabulous addition and really brings out the flavors. It could use more ice depending on how slushy you want this. The kids loved it! Thank you!

Secret Burger Sauce

Strawberry Vanilla Pancakes

These were ok but not a favorite. Batter is very thin but if it sits a little it gets a little thicker. They are fairly sweet.

Easy Key Lime Pie I
