Strawberry Ice Cream
Very good ice cream. I agree with the reviewer that said she would make a double batch. I used 1 cup cream and 1/2 cup half & half, and substituted a part of the corn syrup with vanilla syrup.

Raspberry Chiffon Pie II
Pre baked a refrigerated crust and let it cool then followed the recipe using 2/3 of all the ingredients. It barely fit in the crust, but came out wonderful. I used fresh berries, but will try it with frozen when the fresh arn't available.

Bean and Kale Ragu
Great recipe! I added a couple of diced potatoes, and served it with a rotisseried pork roast.
