Coffee Butter Frosting

Delicious! Very moist. I did not have pecans so I used butter toffee peanuts, crushed. I used a hint from another baker to increase Irish Cream to one cup. I personally thought this made cake too strong. Stick with 3/4 cup or IC. Also, after I poked holes in cake I poured glaze in bottom of bundt pan and replaced cake back in pan to soak up glaze. I borrowed that from another baker. Great idea!

Amusement Park Cornbread

I changed just a few things. I used one stick of butter. I preheated my griddle with vegetable oil for five minutes before adding batter. Cornbread had to cook for 30 minutes. Came out crunchy on outside and moist on the inside. Absolutly terrific!!

Grandma's Sour Cream Pound Cake

I have my own recipe for pound cake. This is a very good recipe for pound cake. I tweeked it some. I only put in one cup of butter and one cup of Crisco instead of two cups butter. I also added half tsp of almond and half tsp of butter extract. Yummy!

Cranberry Muffins

Great muffins! I used frozen cranberries. They were very bitter. I would use fresh fruit with this recipe! Also, added cinamon as others recommended and only sprinkles sugar on top of muffin!

Smothered Meatballs

Strawberry Cake I

Delicious!!! Made it in a Bundt pan and baked it at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Did not change a thing. Iced it with the Vanilla icing recipe and I add 1/2 tspn of butter flavoring.

Buttery Cinnamon Cake

Very delicious and easy to make cake. Great for any occasion. I put 1/4 shortening and 1/2 butter. I also sprinkled top of cake with cinnamon sugar. My mouth is watering thinking about it!
