Made it exactly as stated - it was a hit. It was my first time making toffee - it will not be my last.

These were a hit - I used pecans - walnuts and almonds. The pecans and walnuts were my favorite. I also used another recipe - Sugar Coated Pecans - it was good also but I think this one was better. My kids loved them! Thanks

These taste GREAT! I made them a bit small and used 1/2 a mint - mostly because I purchased one bag while at the store one day not realizing I needed more. Next time I will use the whole one as I was able to on the last two dozen - not only more mint - but they look prettier. I did do one thing different - since I really like mint - and it also made up for the 1/2 mint on top - I put one cup mint chocolate chips and one reg. chips into the cookies - that way the mint wasn't only on the topping. I'm glad I did that!! I think too much thought has gone into swirling the chocolate from reviewers - just set the mint on the cookie - fresh out of the oven - give it a couple minutes - use a fork (or something) and swirl it. Just don't get why all these people talk about flipp'in it - waiting 1 minute - etc. Just swirl it - it turns out great - I thought it was going to be a big deal----NOT!

I made these last night - their yummy - but I must have beat the egg whites too much (warning) and they got too frothie?? Therefore the nuts hung on to the froth while I mixed the sugar onto them - they got kinda clumpy looking - BUT - they still taste good! I will try again - but now I'm going to try "Dawns Candied Walnuts" it has some good reviews also - looks to take a bit more time.

Don't make it too thick - a bit bland?

I really only made these so I'd have two potatoes for Thanksgiving dinner - I'm kinda tired of the overly sweet br. sugar/pecan recipe----they kind of take away from the pies! Well - now I have a new sweet potatoe to make year round!! These are just fantastic! I cut mine in round slices about 1/2" or so thick - dunked them in a small bowl of olive oil and made sure they were totally covered - then dunked them in a small bowl of onion soup mix - put them in a casserole dish and baked. I didn't use a cookie sheet because I didn't have the room in my oven with all the other food. My family loved them - didn't miss their old favorite sweet potatoes at all. They plan to try them - and cut them thinner and place on a cookie sheet - more french fry type. LOVE THOSE SIMPLE & HEALTHY RECIPES!! Bless you Jessica

FANTATIC!!! I made this recipe for Thanksgiving as stated. This will now be my favorite - EASY & YUMMY veggie to serve---forever!! My entire family loved them and couldn't believe how simple they were to prepare. Bless you KamiShay!

This is our yearly Christmas candy - don't know why - you could make it anytime. We do ours with chocolate and call them Chocolate Bon Bons - their great room temp. or frozen!

I always like this recipe - the one thing I do different is to put chicken in it - try it - it's great!
