Joyful Momma's Make the World Go 'Round!
About this Cook
I am an organic gardener, lover of all things that Momma Nature brings forth for us, and Student of Life (as well as 2nd year medicine!). I have been cooking as far back as I can remember, experimenting in my Momma's kitchen as a lil' one. My first true masterpiece was my famous "gourmet" PB & J at the age of 4, which I still use today!
My favorite things to cook
Anything! I love experimentation, and I try to stay away from Pork. I just can't get down with the swine!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Making Holiday fudge and cookies for about a million people around the Winter Solstice.
My cooking triumphs
My famous hearty Wild Mushroom, Chicken, Wild Rice and Spinach stoup. People actually ask for it for their birthday presents! That, along with any of my breads.
My cooking tragedies
Angel Food Cake--It's the Devil!!!

Spaghetti Squash Casserole
This is soooo GOOD!!! Yum!!! I added fresh bella mushrooms, fresh basil, and cream cheese slices throughout the whole thing before baking. I also added a lot more garlic (We're a garlic loving house). Props for this recipe!!! Indeed!!!

Blueberry Streusel Muffins
This was sooooo good!!! I added two mashed bananas, 1/3 cup of toasted oats and 1/3 cup wheat germ. I also just sprinkled wheat germ and brown sugar on top instead of the struesel mix. They were a hit!!!!
