Blue Cheese Burgers

I have been making something like this for a while now. I use lots of bleu cheese crumples and add chopped, drained green chilies from the can. I also top with pepper jack cheese ( for the spice lovers in the family). Just hamburger,green chilis, blue cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and the pepper jack! Delicious and creamy!!

Sausage Egg Bake

I had never made any type of egg casserole before. I saw this one and thought I would try it. It always bothers me when others do this, now I'm going to. I used mild Italian sausage, 1/2 and 1/2, not milk, only 1 and 1/2 cans of the potato soup, I added rosemary, basil, chives (fresh), garlic powder and 1/2 of a green pepper. It was a HIT at Christmas brunch. Thank you so much for posting your recipe. I will absolutly make this again and again.

Rosemary Shortbread Cookies

You can also make these using lavender. Oddly enough, they taste somewhat like rosemary. YUM

Skip the mushrooms and add some green chilis. Forget the soup mix and throw in some garlic. We are talking about camping, right?

American Potato Salad

I think that for every 5 lbs. of potatoes a pound of crisp, fried, crumpled bacon would be great! Maybe then you could eliminate the other salts all together.
