Buttermilk Coffee Cake
We found this cake extraordinarily moist and delicious. Even my husband ate it and he doesn't like cake. I did make a few changes: used 1/2 whole wheat flour, 1 c. of pears in sugar syrup instead of 1 c. of sugar (because I had some homemade to use up), and I only had about an 1/8 cup brown sugar left for the batter. You couldn't taste the pears, it just added sweetness. This cake was excellent even on the 3rd day!

Nut Burgers (Vegetarian)
Wow! These were incredible, even after reheating for leftovers the next day! I used a combination of walnuts and almonds, and only had dried parsley. I skipped the cheese, used a regular bun and topped them with tomato, scallions, and ranch because that's what I had available. I followed the proportions, and got 4 large patties, not just two. I will make these again and again!

Buttermilk Honey Bread
Wow! Great bread! I followed the recipe, but in the middle of it realized I only had 2.5 cups of flour, so I had to use whole wheat to make up the difference. I ended up adding only 3.5 cups ww flour, and a bit more water. The dough rose beautifully and baked perfectly. It was supposed to be for dinner, but the aroma got the best of me, and I had to have a slice early! Will definitely make again!
