Prune and Olive Chicken
I give this recipe 10 Stars! This was truly fantastic. I used 2 chicken breasts and served it alongside/over garlic mashed potatoes instead of pasta. The sauce was just enough for 2 servings. Divine I tell you - Divine!

Coconut Poke Cake
This is the BEST cake! However, I only use about half of the concoction you pour over the cake. It does take a while to soak in. Once I tried using all of it and it was just too sweet. Much better just using half. Yummy recipe. Thank you!

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
This was okay. A little bland, and the leftovers just sat in the fridge. Won't make again.
