Oven Scrambled Eggs
Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I consider myself a good cook but I have never been able to get really good scrambled eggs until now. I cooked a breakfast for 40 people last week and used this recipe for the eggs. They came out wonderful! I did need to leave them in the oven a little longer than the 20 min., probably because of the quantity. I will always make my scrambled eggs this way in the future.
