Braised Tofu

I wasn't too impress and wouldn't rush to make it again. I have to agree it does does better overnight, but still, not top of my favorite list.

Creamy Vegetable Chowder

Very tasty. I will go a little lighter on salt though. Other than than I didn't make any change to the recipe. Delish!

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread II

Yummy - I make them into muffins (18) and a smaller loaf. So moist and chocolate melts in your mouth.
