Cheese Dip II
I have been making this dip for years. I add a can of rotel to this. My crew loves this.

Peppermint Brittle
I made these for Christmas baskets last year. They were a HIT!! I will be making them again. Very easy to make and look beautiful! Thank you for posting this!

Maria's Rice
I make this a lot. The only change I make is instead of the onion soup I use a pack of Lipton's Onion soup mix. (I add one can of water) Delish!
