Campbell's(R) Broccoli and Pasta Bianco
I added a couple of things to the recipe and my family absolutely LOVED it. I cut the milk back to 1/2C. Added a tsp of minced garlic. Mixed up a sauce packet of Alfredo sause to mix in, and added a little extra (about 1/2C of mozz. cheese & 1/4C of the parm cheese). This was a great family meal. Even my finicky toddler that is "never hungry" had seconds. Plus we had plenty of left overs.

Southwest Skillet
This was a great dish. We served it with tortillas on the side like bread. My kids ate thiers like tacos. The only variation I did was, I didn't have any instant rice, so I cooked the rice seperately in my rice cooker while the ground beef was browning. It made the whole dish come together faster for us that way. Great skillet meal.

Raspberry Ribbons
These are very yummy cookies. My suggestion after making them once is to be sure to line your pan with foil. The jam can drip a little, and the foil makes clean-up a breeze. Also, bake on a regular cookie sheet. I used an air bake sheet the first time and the bottoms didn't get brown and crispy enough. I did make a batch where I substutited "I can't believe it's not butter" for the regular butter, and used regualr milk rather than evaporated milk and they turned out fine. Wonderful recipe. My family and friends rave about them.
