Tender Breaded Turkey Cutlets
I chose to BAKE this recipe because I am not supposed to have FRIED FOODS! Other reviewers also tried to bake it and fry it and IT DOESN'T WORK!You will need to use a LOT MORE than 1 tablespoon of oil to fry this! It is a tasty recipe but not to die for like Tanya says.

Salsa Chicken
Very good! I used mild salsa and reduced fat cheese - hubby loved it!
