Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares

It's okay. I thought putting butter in the topping was weird & it still didn't spread well. GO for the Peanut Butter Squares I on this site. They are SO GOOD. Taste just like a peanut butter cup.

Yakisoba Chicken

The chili paste makes it way too hot. It should be cut in 1/2. If I make it again, I would definitely cut the chili paste in 1/2 or omit it altogether...

Blueberry Buckle

It is really good! I followed the recipe exactly. Did bake an extra 10 min b/c the middle seemed doughy still. But I think it was the juice f/ the blueberries that made my knife look doughy instead.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

AWESOME! And so easy. I googled a recipe search for onion soup mix since I didn't have it in the pantry. It is made of 3 ingredients: dried minced onion, beef bouillon & onion powder. Still can't believe how easy this is and makes yummy gravy too! (I did add some cornstarch to thicken it up a bit at the end). This has become a family favorite even to my picky eater.
