Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

very good,i used home made enchilada sauce,left out the water, upped the chicken stock to 4 cups,added a 15oz can of black beans rinsed and drained and as others added my chicken raw and frozen. We used bagged tortilla chips and also topped our soup with shredded cheddar, sour cream,avocado and a squeeze of lime

Awesome!! I used Tilapia because that is what i had on hand. The only thing I changed is I lightly floured my fish before pan searing.

Chicago-Style Pan Pizza

I made this in my cast iron pan. It was perfect, I took leftovers to work the next day and heated them up in the toaster oven and the break room was swarming with coworkers that wanted to know what smelled so good. Delicious!!

Smoked Salmon Frittata

I have never made a Frittata before, and now I'll make them all the time it was so simple. I used a 10 inch skillet because my 8 inch just didn't look big enough and I used low fat cream cheese. Also my market didn't have peppered smoked salmon so I used the regular smoked salmon. We loved it very tasty!! Thank you for sharing.

Blackened Chicken

Thank you for this great recipe. I used black pepper instead of white and just sprayed my cast iron pan with cooking spray instead of using oil to save on fat.It came out delicious!!! Perfect amount of flavor. I put it on salad but it would also make a great sandwich with avacado tomato and lettuce. I think I'll try it like that next. I also made a bigger batch and put it in a old spice jar so I don't have to make it every time.

We really liked this recipe. I used a Cabernet Sauvignon. I used a few drops of tabasco instead of the chili powder and added a extra clove of garlic. Thank you for the recipe!

Tasty Reuben Soup

Thanks for sharing this excellent recipe. The only things I changed is I diced my sausage (we like smaller pieces) and I browned the sausage with the onion in a little bit of olive oil before adding the other ingredients. My bf and I both loved it.
