I'm a new mom, wife, and school counselor and I love every aspect of my life. I enjoy making desserts especially when they turn out the way I had hoped that they would, I also love to make italian dishes like: stromboli, lasagna, fetuccine alfredo, etc... I also like to make crunch garlic chicken. Making Christmas cookies and pumpkin rolls with my mom. I also enjoy canning vegetables with her, even though when I was a child I HATED it! Making my mother's stromboli (better than her!) I was once trying to make beer battered tilapia, well I didn't add enough beer so we ended up with tilapia wrapped in a pancake... I'm surprised that "Survivor" doesn't use that for an eating challenge!
