LOVE these cookies. So do the ladies I work with. It was really easy to do and the recipe yields ALOT of cookies. They do seem a little crumby but they melt in your mouth. My husband described them as fluffy. I'll definitely make these again.

What I liked about this recipe was how easy it was. However, it needed more flavor. More cheese, some spice. I didn't change anything the first time I make it but I will the next time.

I cooked these up tonight and they came out pretty nice. I followed the recipe except I doubled the sauce as per the recommendation of others. I also covered the pork chops for the first half hour and uncovered them the second. They came out very juicy. Next time I will substitute the ketchup for bbq sauce per the request of my husband and see how that turns out.
