Absolutley excellent! I was searching for something to pair with my chicken and proscuitto tortellini, and this couldn't have been more amazing. My grocery store didn't have regular basil, so I opted for fresh lime basil, and I added just a touch more oil to get things blended better, since I was using a super small food processor. My dinner guest was thrilled with this sauce, she loved how much you could taste the pinenuts. This is a staple in my recipe box! :) THANK YOU

Warm Crab Parmesan Dip

I love my canned crab meat, but I used (GASP) imitation crab, I'm not a fan of imitation crab, but DANG was it good. I also added baby shrimp, and fresh ground pepper, and followed everything to a T. We are eating this NOW at work, and everyone is drooling over it! YUM

Bread Pudding

I used 4 cups of day old white bread instead of 3 (as suggested by others, I didn't want it to turn out too soupy) I also added cinnamon and nutmeg (I didn't measure, just generously shaked both into the bowl)I put the batter in a well-buttered 8x8 glass dish and baked at about 325 for a little over an hour w/out the bath method. This came out fantastic! It's the first time I have ever made bread pudding, my guests at Thanksgiving raved over this. Next time I will definitley make sure to have some french vanilla ice cream on hand to pair with this. A+!

Honey Fried Chicken

I have been craving chicken and honey for quite some time now, I found this recipe, and basically I follow the same seasoning for my fried chicken, so I didnt have to alter that, I just dredged the chicken in honey prior to coating it with my seasoning, and it was GREAT. Hubby and daughters loved it! In order to prevent the honey from burning, I constantly turned the chicken, not that hard of a task, just turned the thighs atleast every minute or minute and a half and in about 14 minutes they were done.

Blueberry Crumb Bars

I'd give this recipe 5 stars, but I didn't follow it as is, I did as many others did an changed the shortening to 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup butter flavored crisco, and the 1 cup sugar to 1/2 white, and 1/2 brown. THESE WERE FANTASTIC! OMG..I had a few british ladies over for tea, and they could not stop commenting on them. This is a sure fire staple in my house from now on! YUM YUM YUM!

Party Punch IX

If I could give this 1000 stars I would! This was so easy to make, and soooooo delicious, I had so many people compliment this punch at my daughters party, I'm also making copies for a few moms right now! lol. I cut the sugar down to 3 cups, and used 3 gallon bags to freeze the liquid, I took the punch out of the freezer way late, but after a few good pokes with a huge fork and pouring the ginger ale it slushed up nicely! Thanks for an awesome recipe!

Shrimp Scampi V

This was very quick and easy to make. I loved it! My hubby however said the dish was overpowered by the taste of the wine, I seriously think he didn't even taste it til I told him I used it in the dish. LOL. So I think it was all in his head. Great with a nice salad and texas toast! YUM! I will definitley make this again.

Artichoke Spinach Dip

Yum yum yum! This was a huge hit, it did make quite a lot, so I ended up packaging some up for neighbors, they loved it! Served it with tortilla chips. Superb!

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies II

Finally, I found the cookie recipe that I have been looking for!! I have always had a problem with my cookies looking, well..like a cookie, lol. This recipe was great, and the cookies were soft, and chewy, and my husband loved them, and so did everyone else that had one. Outstanding!

Amish Meatloaf

This was so yummy, I didn't change one thing about the recipe, well I did add one extra piece of bacon on top of the meatloaf. It didn't hold together very well, but I didn't mind that, food gets mushed in your mouth anyway! LOL This will definitley take place as my new meatloaf recipe! My husband, myself, my 4 year old and 12 month old each had 2 helpings!
