Streusel Topped Blueberry Muffins
Amount of blueberries in recipe is sufficient, but more would be better. 2 cups would be just about right for my taste.

Rosemary Turkey Meatloaf
I loved the taste, but as others have said, it is mushy. After cooking 1 hour I was left wondering if it was done because of the "mush", so I cooked it an additional 30 min. Next time I will use less milk and more bread crumbs. I used Italian bread crumbs first time around and will continue to do so.

Banana Cheesecake with Caramel Sauce
I used double banana's and 1/4 tsp of banana extract like others suggested and the banana flavor was very strong. Maybe use one of the suggestions but not both. I might try this again because even though the taste was overpowering, it was still good.
