Rosemary Turkey Meatloaf
I loved the taste, but as others have said, it is mushy. After cooking 1 hour I was left wondering if it was done because of the "mush", so I cooked it an additional 30 min. Next time I will use less milk and more bread crumbs. I used Italian bread crumbs first time around and will continue to do so.
