Im a nice girl who taught herself to cook by watching countless hours of Foodnetwork at night when I couldn't sleep....... I love cooking anything that takes more than 2 hours. My favorite thing to do on Sundays is spend all day in the kitchen cooking dinner :) Barbque's every weekend in the summer at my parents house I made Chili for the first time last weekend and it didn't taste bad! hahah...I think every good cook has come across a few of those......One time when I was first teaching myself to cook, I read the measurement wrong for the amount of butter that was supposed to go into my cookies and when I put them in the oven, instead of cooking they just melted off of the cookie sheet!
