Mini Cheesecakes I
Mine came out really great! When i was mixing it...there were tiny little lumps but its all smooth and creamy when it came out of the oven! I suggest turning the oven off but leaving the cheesecakes in there after the required 15 minutes of baking. After about ten minutes, take it out of the oven and stick it in the fridge to cool.
The wafers didnt turn out that good. it didnt really taste much liek vanilla and it made the bottom all oily and greesey. i suggest not using it! it would be just adding extra sugar, fat, and trans fat!
The cheesecake tastes great with or without the topping. Without, you get more flavor of the creamy luxurious cheesecake. It would also taste better if you added a little bit more vanilla extract.
This recipe is sooooo easy to make! its not time consuming at all and it tastes just like the real thing!
