Lemon Meringue Icebox Pie
the lemon pie turned out all eggy and not evenly tasteful. it has an eggy texture and an eggy flavor at some parts. it was too sweet. but i liek the idea of condnesed milk though. the meringue wasnt meringuey at all. it looked and tasted liek burnt eggs!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
sticking with the vanilla pudding is best. also, reduce the number of sticks of butter to liek three.5 spread them pretty far on the cookie sheet because these will get wider and run into another cookie. it is veeeerrrry hard to peal them off the cookie sheet while theyre stuck together. it broke when i tried then i eneded up with some bits and pieces of cookie! let them cool and harden before you remove them from the cookie sheet. DO NOT PUT IN REFRIGERATOR. this will harden them! let them cool at room temperature if you want them to still remain soft!

Mini Cheesecakes I
Mine came out really great! When i was mixing it...there were tiny little lumps but its all smooth and creamy when it came out of the oven! I suggest turning the oven off but leaving the cheesecakes in there after the required 15 minutes of baking. After about ten minutes, take it out of the oven and stick it in the fridge to cool. The wafers didnt turn out that good. it didnt really taste much liek vanilla and it made the bottom all oily and greesey. i suggest not using it! it would be just adding extra sugar, fat, and trans fat! The cheesecake tastes great with or without the topping. Without, you get more flavor of the creamy luxurious cheesecake. It would also taste better if you added a little bit more vanilla extract. This recipe is sooooo easy to make! its not time consuming at all and it tastes just like the real thing!
