Baked Ziti II
Thought it could have used just a little more flavor. It was definitely better the next day. I think it had time to soak up the taste. I used an arrabata sauce the second time I made it and it gave it that little extra kick it needed! Delicious!

Rosemary Roasted Pork Tenderloin
This was excellent. I don't particularily like mustard, but the dijon worked well with the sauce. It was much sweeter than I thought it would be. I will definitely make this again. I may try this in my slow cooker and double the sauce as one reader said they did. Delicious!! Thanks for the recipe!

I marinated it overnight and this was the most delicious and tender pork I have ever cooked. The marinade was perfect and tasted wonderful. My entire family loved it we will definitely cook this again and again! Thanks for the recipe!
