Best Butternut Squash Soup Ever
I roasted the squash with garlic and broth before making the soup. It adds a richness the boiling can't touch. Other than that I made as directed. Five moms asked for the recipe. Great and easy soup!

Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Bread
I made this to go with mulled cidar at our Halloween Party. I spiced it in half the long way and then into 12 slices. No lie, it was gone into little mouths in under 5 min. It was there and then it wasn't! Spooky! I've made it twice since. It's a keeper!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
I made this the other evening for dinner. We liked it very much. The only change I made was to add a Tablespoon of capers the the sauce before pouring on fish. Yum!
