I LOVED this recipe (even though the picture doesn't look appealing). To lower the fat, I actually used 2 eggs & 3 egg whites, in addition to low fat cheese. I also added a dash of paprika and fresh asparagus. Definitely a keeper!

I was disappointed after all the work, it's a very "average garlic sauce". Even more upset after it got such good reviews. Normally I would give this a 3 star, but because it's rated so highly and it's just so mediocre, I rated it a 1 star, hoping to make it's score more accurate. Don't get your hopes up!

I also have no idea why people said this recipe was bland... they must not have followed the directions. I soaked my salmon in the sauce (made extra) and also generously covered with pecans. My hubby loved it! Defintely a new favorite!!!

I didn't think they were as easy as everyone made them out to seem because they're so tiny. But they were different and good.

This was the first time I've ever made homemade Cranberry and it came out perfect. Everyone complemented me on how delcious it was... without being too sweet or too tart!!

Unique - but sooo delicious!!!

I cannot believe more people haven't tried or reviewed these Mashed Potatoes!! Although the name doesn't resonate when you read it, these are hands down the best mashed potatoes ever!!! My husband and I love mashed taters and 2 years ago it was our job to make them for the family get together. When he told me he wanted to make these, I was nervous and made my own batch (my old favorite of garlic & sourcream mashed). Well, needless to say, no one touched my potatoes and all his were gone so fast! It's funny because he NEVER cooks, but this is his speciality and everyone always requests it every Turkey Day & Xmas :)

My Mom surprised my Fiance and I with this dish and it was so wonderful I begged her for the recipe. Was surprised when she found it on allrecipes after we had told her about the site. I defintely recommend this easy meal as it's now one of my favorites to eat & to make!!! Healthy with lowfat cheese and still delicious :)

This was the first time I had ever made a chowder and I'm so proud of it. It was so quick and easy. I took the advice of others and added a little extra seasons (rosemary/thyme) and less red pepper. I also reserved three cups from the blender. I've always been a huge corn chowder fan but hated the fat and calories. Now I can eat as much as I like! It's also great for my vegan friend! 5 BIG stars on this recipes!!!

The sauce was ok... defintely needs a veggie and less water. But quick and simple ingredients make it easy.
