Banana Nut Bread III
I stirred in about 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips and made these into muffins (cooked about 20 minutes). Really good - really easy!

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip
LOVE this recipe. It's simple, and it's awesome as is. A little Swiss cheese melted on a toasty French Dip sandwich takes it over the top. My mother-in-law served this for company... I wouldn't dare because hubby and I dip till the sandwiches are deliciously soggy and drip down our arms... don't want any witnesses!

Candied Kielbasa
Yummy & easy! I used turkey kielbasa to cut back on the fat; used a bit less sugar and 3 T. of creamy horseradish because that's what I had on hand (could handle more though). Served with plain ol' white rice, which was great with the sweet sauce poured over. This one will go into regular dinner rotation.
