I'm a bigtime loner, not by choice but because I'm just socially retarded. I love writing, books, and my big dog, Max. I'm an extreme animal lover. My dog is part pit part dalmation and he's the best sweetest big dog ever. Everything. I love playing with different recipes and modifying them to my own tastes. I never write reviews because I never stick to the recipe. :P Every holiday my Mom makes rice dressing. We have six kids and it always is our number one demand. :) I was tired of cooking the same old pork chops, baked or breaded. I experimented for a while and have created my favorite chops. :D The first time I ever attempted red beans and rice... I burned the the bottom of the beans, tried to switch pots but not only did it taste horrible but my house smelled like burnt beans for two days.
